This workshop will be mixing elements from tantra practices into dancing - with intention to feel ourselves deeper and open doors to playing with each other’s life force.

* Conscious Touch

* Boundaries and consent

* Authentic Relating/Conscious communication

* The basics of contact dance

* Open jam

* Closing/sharing circle

* Duration: 2h,(Please arrive between 17.30-17.55 to have time to land)

* The program starts at 18.00 and lasts til 20.00
